Cornell Cooperative Extension of Schenectady County and the Schenectady County Soil and Water Conservation District are pleased to forward to you this request form for flowering plants. Individuals, groups, and neighborhood associations wishing to plant annual flowers on public property ONLY may complete the request form and forward it to the email address below. Please note that requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Supply is limited and only qualified requests will be considered. Some substitutions may be required.
